Led by Larry Daniel, a general contractor and Texas Licensed Professional Inspector, our work brings together field experience, project management, building-system knowledge, and quality assurance.
That means we look beyond cosmetic finishes. We ask what is underneath, whether existing conditions are acceptable, why a previous repair failed, and what an owner needs to know before a problem is covered up.
